They offer 2 kinds surgeries (DNA and plastic) in four categories: Simplicity, Lust, Hi-Tech and Victory (my favourite). Website is done very proffessionaly and there are medical descriptions so everything looks real. But it isn't:) It's a Czech art university project. Author is Petr Skala.
